Optional Extras
Roof Upgrades
If the depth of your unit is 11ft-13ft, you will need to upgrade to a 4”x2” roof due to the span. If the depth of your unit is 14ft or larger, you will need to upgrade to a 6”x2” roof.
EPDM Rubber Roof
All units are fitted with a heavy duty mineral felt roof as standard. Many customers upgrade to an EPDM rubber roof as this is completely maintenance free.
Doors
All units come with a single, double or summerhouse wooden door as standard. *Extra height must be added to allow for the installation of uPVC.
Windows
All units come with 4 timber windows as standard. These can be upgraded or extra windows can be added. *Extra height must be added to allow for the installation of uPVC.

Extra Height
Standard units are 6ft at low side, and 7ft at high point. Extra height will add an additional 8 inches to the height all round the unit.
Waterproof Treatment
This is not required if you plan on painting/staining/treating your unit yourself. We can apply a clear waterproofer to all panels to prevent water ingress.
Canopy
Add a 2ft canopy to the front of your unit.

ALL UNITS ARE FULLY PRESSURE TREATED/TANALISED - Prices include 19mm T&G floor as standard & 15mm T&G Roof with heavy duty mineral felt. 3"x2" CLS studwork throughout. We do not use OSB or Plywood anywhere on our units.

Small print and additional extras info
Note: ‘standard’ units are 6ft at low side, 7ft at high side. Units can be either pent or apex in style, and come with either a single or double wooden door with up to four 18” square wooden windows as standard.
We can customise to any size you wish. Just get in touch if your size is not on the list! Note, if the depth of your unit is is greater than 11ft, you will need to upgrade the roof to a thicker timber due to the span (see ‘roof upgrades’ below).
