ALL UNITS ARE FULLY PRESSURE TREATED/TANALISED - Prices include 19mm T&G floor as standard & 15mm T&G Roof with heavy duty mineral felt. 3"x2" CLS studwork throughout. We do not use OSB or Plywood anywhere on our units.

Note: You must have a suitable base in place for the unit to sit on. Suitable bases include concrete pad, level concrete pavers, decking, timber frame base. If required, we can install a base for you no problem. See the ‘bases’ section of the site for more information.

Note: ‘standard’ units are 6ft at low side, 7ft at high side. Units can be either pent or apex in style, and come with either a single or double wooden door with up to four 18” square wooden windows as standard.

We can customise to any size you wish. Just get in touch if your size is not on the list! Note, if the depth of your unit is is greater than 11ft, you will need to upgrade the roof to a thicker timber due to the span (see ‘roof upgrades’ below).

Roof Upgrades

If the depth of your unit is 11ft-13ft, you will need to upgrade to a 4”x2” roof due to the span (see costs below). If the depth of your unit is 14ft  or larger, you will need to upgrade to a 6”x2” roof.
